Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 14, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for plans from Cintrova LLC, operating as Cintrova. It’s part of our Terms of Service.
Billing
Plans are subscriptions, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each period covers that month’s plan deliverables: the designed posts, reels, event content, films, publishing and reporting described for your plan. Deliverables apply to the period in which they’re provided and don’t roll over. The one-time Build fee is billed together with your first month.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access and your remaining capacity through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Because plans are billed in advance for a month of capacity that we reserve for you, monthly fees are generally non-refundable, and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused capacity in a period. There are two exceptions:
We didn’t deliver. If we fail to deliver work you requested within scope and reasonable timelines, we’ll first make it right with revisions or additional production. If we still can’t, we’ll credit or refund the affected portion in good faith.
Billing errors. If you were charged in error or double-billed, contact us and we’ll correct it promptly.
The Build. If we haven’t started your Build yet, we’ll refund it in full on request. Once it’s underway or delivered it’s non-refundable, and everything it produces is yours to keep.
Revisions
Our goal is work you’re genuinely happy with, so revisions are unlimited and free on every plan. Minds change, a stakeholder who wasn’t in the room weighs in, priorities shift, that is normal, and we’d always rather keep refining than leave you with something you only half-like.
If a piece needs more rounds than the month budgets for, you’re never charged extra. The timeline simply flexes: the rest of that month’s content shifts into a later month while we keep iterating on the work in front of us until it’s right. The queue moves down, nothing gets cut, and we don’t stop until it lands.
