Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 14, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for plans from Cintrova LLC, operating as Cintrova. It’s part of our Terms of Service.
Billing
Plans are subscriptions, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each period includes a set number of content credits for that month. Credits are for the period in which they’re issued and don’t roll over.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access and any unused credits through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Because plans are billed in advance for a month of capacity that we reserve for you, monthly fees are generally non-refundable, and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused credits in a period. There are two exceptions:
We didn’t deliver. If we fail to deliver work you requested within scope and reasonable timelines, we’ll first make it right with revisions or additional production. If we still can’t, we’ll credit or refund the affected portion in good faith.
Billing errors. If you were charged in error or double-billed, contact us and we’ll correct it promptly.
Revisions
Our goal is work you’re happy with. Requests include reasonable revisions within the original brief. We’d much rather iterate until it’s right than leave you unhappy.
